Very happy with Window World after the installation of 11 windows yesterday. The cost was reasonable (I had 3 different quotes from 3 different suppliers), the installation was smooth and professional (although, I'm surprised they didn't call the day before just to verify that they were still coming, but that's ok since they showed up as planned), the quality of the workmanship and the windows themselves are top notch. No issues to speak of and yes, I would recommend.

Bart and his team showed up at 8:20 am on Saturday 6/20 went over with me what windows were to be installed. They worked hard in the sweltering heat they didn't stop until the job was complete at 7:15 pm. They installed 16 windows and my new front door. They were polite, cleaned up all of their mess they did an excellant job. I give them 5 stars! Thank you Window World!

We found Window World of Harford to be exceptional! The ordering process and scheduling, after our windows were manufactured, were seamless. The installation of 24 windows, a triple slider, and a storm door was extremely professional and their staff demonstrate true craftsmanship! The windows (installed by LT and Arturo) and the slider & storm door (installed by John) installations were very efficient, the staff were very neat and clean, professional, and happily answered any questions that we had. Window World was recommended by a friend of mine, boy I'm glad he did. Needed a new front window, wanted to replace a bow window with a Bay style. Called W.W. of Bel Air and talked to Linda, got a estimate at half the price of other installers. John came out to remeasure the opening and upgraded my wood trim at no cost. Window was custom manufactured to fit my opening in a timely manner. The installers, Bart and Les were very professional, courteous and personable. They did a great job and had me inspect each aspect as they completed each step. Took them about 4 hours and cleaned up every bit of dust and debris.
I highly recommend them.
