The staff at Window World was great from start to finish. The scheduling appointment was seamless, the salesman right on time and not an overeager salsey type. He took the time to explain everything about my new windows without ever making me feel like I was under pressure. And the installation team, LT and his partner, were top notch! On time, professional, and excellent at the installation. They went above and beyond for me and I can't express how wonderful it was to work with them and this company! I would like to give a 5 star rating and most definitely it is deserved by the door installer, John, and by the owner. We were disappointed with the installers. 17 windows were installed in one day. 9 of the windows were wonderful but 8 had issues related to the installation. Fortunately, when I called the office about the issues, Linda jumped right on it and worked with us to resolve the problems. We did not want the installers to come back for various reasons and requested John, the owner to come and view what we were complaining about.....He came, he fixed, and I am happy to report we are proud owners of new windows and doors. I highly recommend thanks to the caring and professionalism of John and his team.

Another positive experience with Window World of Harford! After numerous attempts to replace the screen in our Easy Vent door (purchased from WW of Harford in 2019) - I raised the white flag and called for help. Darrin came out the very next day and replaced our screen - and didn't charge us anything. What a personable guy too!
Every customer service experience with this company is above and beyond; that's why we will always use them and recommend their services. Customer service has become a lost art, but Darrin and this company have kept it going strong!!
