I had Window World replace all of our windows in 2024 (27 double hung + 1 privacy picture window) and they did an excellent job. I was very impressed by their sales and install. All of these windows have been in use since install with no issues. I was even more impressed that when I did notice a slight draft this winter on a smaller powder room window they installed, they immediately came out and corrected the issue. Not many companies stand behind their products 2 years later! I would highly recommend a company like them when you are investing into something as expensive as whole house window replacement.

Outstanding at all levels. I had all my windows and doors replaced years ago and it was the best decision ever. This was not just because of the pricing and quality of their products and installation but their customer service and warranty are the best. Since the install there have been some minor issues and John or Jeanne always handled promptly and even shared tips and tricks which were great. Most recently there was an issue with the front door and it had to be replaced. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Darrin Kelly, Operations Manager on this. He went so far above and beyond to resolve this I can’t express how grateful I am. He even installed the new door himself. I’ve recommended Window World to so many and will continue to do so. Best company to work with. Highly recommend.

Kind, courteous, and high quality workmanships! I have gotten nearly all my windows replaced in my old house and some are challenging large sizes and wild shapes (trapezoid 😂) and they have exceeded my expectations each and every time. Their prices are reasonable and their technicians professional. I have a few more sliding doors and some more wild shapes (semi-circle) that will likely reach their lifetime in the coming years and plan to go with them for these replacements. Thank you for the great work!

This is our second time using Window World. We had them replace all of our windows a few years ago (and they even came back out when we noticed a scratch to replaced the full unit!) and now we just had them replace our front door, install a storm door, and replace our shutters. Window World of Harford County installed our windows and back porch door in 2015. Recently we ordered a new door handle for the back porch door. As my husband was installing it we realized the lower closer bracket was bent which prevented the door from shutting properly and allowing the back door to be locked. I spoke to Linda and she scheduled Darrin to make a service call the following week. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time, replaced the bracket, made a minor adjustment to the door handle and checked that it was in perfect working order before he left.
I was reminded that Darrin had been to my home last year when I was having a difficult time opening the window above my sink. During that visit he reinstalled a screen on a casement window on our second floor. While he was on our roof he offered to clean the outside of that window. Since I appreciate clean windows. . . I was VERY grateful!
