WW did our windows last summer. It's halfway through winter now and I can report they did a good job. Not a perfect job, but a good one. The good: They bid $6,000 lower than the next lowest bidder. Still expensive! They came when they said, did the install in a day and a half for the whole house (18 windows). Windows are in solid, plumb and level and nicely caulked. They do not leak air and they work well.
The bad: One cracked before install and it took a month to get the replacement. Installer did not bring enough trim wood to replace a bit that was rotting in one window frame--so I supplied it. At least one exterior drip rail is curling up, probably due to poor QC by the Mfg. Still functions but not 100 white-glove.
Overall these windows are way better than the mess we had. It's refreshing not to have to tape plastic sheeting to the insides to keep the drafts out.
