• Each is sealed against water and air infiltration with urethane and silicone caulk.

5.  We seal and cap your new windows

• The exterior of each window gets G8 aluminum capping if necessary.
• It forms an attractive cover that gives added exterior appeal to your home.
• It also helps the window frame “breathe” and drain away moisture.

6.  We inspect and review the finished installation

• Each new vinyl replacement window is checked for optimum operation.
• We inspect open-close operation, sash balance tension, sash tilting, functional hardware and screen operation and removal.
